Rakshbandhan

Today my facebook is full of wishes for Rakshabandhan.....and I am just loving it as reminds me of all my Rakshabandhans ......I can clearly remmber each and every Rakshabandhan we have celebrated so far....and many many more to come...love u bhai. Each year has its own memories.....as i clearly remm celbrating rakhee in 2007 ...my brother was here and my sister was in Delhi and we celebrated it over skpye (thnxs to Alok) ohh..it was sooo fun. Me tying rakhee here to my brother and my sister virtually....and ofcourse how can i forget 2008....the year i got sooooo many gifts as we had an addition to the family..Shilpa, my brothers wife, she got soooo many gifts for me..and trust all which i had in my wish-list which were untold....
Going further back...i remm in 2005 my brother had specially flew from Bangalore to Pune for Rakhee and it was on the same day as his birthday....oh that year my parents too were there...we had soo much of fun....did miss my sister.
Going ever more further back....i remm we were in school and my brother hated tying rakhee especially the big decorated ones...so we used to go shopping for the simplest rakhee and when we used to tie him he used to open it atonce as he didn't like wearing it to school. for which he used to get scolding from parents toooo....that was one part and the other was the monetary one which my sister has mentioned it very beautifully in her blog http://www.alwaysvicotrious.blogspot.com/
Going even down i remmber our granny used to tie us sisters also rakhee saying that rakhee is for every relationship and not only for brother-sister. its for all relatioship that cares n protects n loves...so very true. miss u dadimaa
going even further down our very first rakhee as brother n sister....don't exactly remm it but do have a picture of it which says all...he is busy eating mangoes and we are tying him rakhee....Wish this year too i could physically be there...but i m happy as my brother n sister are always by my side....
As  shall also take this opportunity to thank my sister who has proved over n over time and again that she is the eldest and the biggest bro in the house toooo. She has alwyas taken us as her responsibilty and never uttered a word and always done her best...she is always doing for us n others without saying anything....taking as her commitment towards us.
